i am a poor and my main battle station is a frankenstein monster cobbled together with outdated spare parts. i have some fun retrogaming, but i'm sure some anons can relate to that feeling of constantly being a few years behind the curve.
i run into an old friend and they ask if i can help out and do some work for them. of course, no problem. i don't charge them much because friend. they felt that i'm underpaid for what i did.
here anon, have my old gaming rig.
haven't had time to play lately and i'm going to be putting together a new build next paycheck anyway.
holy fucking shit!
all my free time just flew out the window and it's going to be vidya induced insomnia for a while as i catch up with so many titles that i haven't been able to play, but have been so wanting to. i thought i was doing them a huge favor and didn't expect this in return. not trying to humble brag, but if you find yourself in a position to do something like this for a friend, do so because it might not seem like a lot but can mean the world to them.
