I like AestheticGamer , Desilent 49, and けもみみおーこく/, or as the last one was formerly known: Virtual Youtuber Nojya Loli Ojii-san.
AestheticGamer has pretty comfy easygoing commentary and he likes to explore as much of a game as he can which I'm very happy about because I never liked how gaming youtubers just try (and fail) to get through a game as quickly as possible and skip text, ignore interesting things, and basically do everything wrong while being extremely annoying.
Desilent 49 is fun to watch because he actually has fun with the game and regularly goofs off but he always knows what he's doing too, even if he's bad at the game sometimes, unlike other youtubers I've watched where they just bumble around like a moron and never know what to do. He even has a friend there for his videos often and they always sound like they're having fun. I would watch his streams more but I never know when he's streaming.
I normally don't like vtubers, I actually really hate them, but nojya-loli feels a bit different since I got to watch his videos from very early on in his first channel's life and when he really was just some regular guy starting all of it on his own with his own skills. Knowing that about him makes me feel like he's different from what I assume most vtubers do, just jump on a trend for patreonbux and get orbiters to surround them in the process.
Does /kind/ like… vtubers? For the love of me I can't figure out why I like them as much as I do, maybe their cuteness is really all that is enough to keep me hooked.

(I swear I won't spam them, I'm just curious about the tastes of fellow kindfrens)

Okayu is my favorite. I like the boke/tsukkomi comedy bits she and Korone sometimes do together. Fubuki is also amazing. There was a clip of her in minecraft just digging a giant hole and when she got to the bottom, she… played the flute irl. I was also surprised (tho in hindsight I'm not sure why) that these people playing characters and doing voices might have multiple characters: https://youtu.be/6D9gnJWPfRs
but I like that gimmick.
Watame seems worth looking into, I assumed she was loli, but doesn't seem to be. https://youtu.be/Av0qRXV0sCo
Off hololive, there's "Mary channel" who's much less shrieky than most of hololive, and does some nice oneesan ASMR. There's also "tsuki channel" who does LPs of retrogames, and is downright catatonic. I like falling asleep to her stuff. https://youtu.be/6A-X8Mhkbss
Took some time to investigate yesterday. I lol'd a bit when an old /pol/ meme somehow osmosed into a Japanese videogame stream. What really caught my attention was when she started doing the bit from Mozart's Magic Flute
where the Queen of the Night commands her daughter to kill Sarastro.
Truly, a sheep of culture.
Love mumkey jones stuff, his new channels simian jimmy

These ones are some of my favorites:
Red Letter Media (getting real sick of their snarky remarks and offhand political comments though)
Mostly I just watch YouTube videos in the background while doing something else though, and there are plenty of other channels I have for that. I'll even put on videos of Mike Matei streaming old games for that sometimes.
I don't really watch youtube much, but lately I've been watching frog time. A channel about frogs eating.
frog time is good, real unnerving and just as satisfying to see a frog eat like *that*
I think it's neat. I've always liked frogs, but didn't know how they behaved before. I didn't know they'd eat just about anything they can fit in their mouths.
My two favorite channels are Hikikomori Media and Battletoad OVerload.
The former is a review and video-essayist about primarily japanese games. He has a real passion for them and his videos have a lot of production value (considering the lack of budget). His humor is also my kind. His Simple Series videos are my favorite.
Battletoad OVerload is simple and delievers every time. He plays Battletoads on all CRTs he finds, that's it. Sometimes Castlevania too. Pure comf.
